Don't shy away from your emotions, your thoughts, your feelings... invite them all in, allow them to be present, embrace them with an open heart, with kindness and courage. Don't resist them or fight them, just notice how they make you feel. Allow them to be free, just like in The Guest House open that door and give them space. We learn so much from their presence, how to be with each one and cherish these moments as they are presented to us. And eventually they will pass through, we will watch those guests leave and new ones arrive.
